Mill Mountain Mitts Pattern

The Mill Mountain Mitts Pattern is Tinker Creek Handknits’ best selling pattern ever. Thousands of knitters have downloaded this pattern since 2016. I just updated the pattern and changed the format for Fall/2023 and Winter/2024, Thank you to my customers for trying this pattern out.

This pattern has been tech-edited and tested.

Yarn: Worsted Weight. I used Cascade 220 Heather, colorway #8401 Silver Gray, which is still available, and #8640 Cedar Green, which has been discontinued.

Skill Level: Intermediate.

The instructions include both long tail and backwards loop cast on, picking up stitches, knitting, purling, cables, increasing stitches, a “right twist” stitch and forming a thumb gusset. Written instructions and charts are provided.
